акцептное финансирование.Операция, посредством которой банк (bank) предоставляет экспортеру либо импортеру заранее оговоренный кредит (см. acceptance credit) для финансирования закупок или продаж товаров. В качестве гарантии обслуживания выданного акцептного кредита банк может потребовать от заемщика в заклад товарную накладную или квитанцию на груз, определяющую номенклатуру товаров, под которые выдан кредит, либо предоставить иные гарантии. Заемщикам, пользующимся высокой репутацией, могут быть предоставлены "чистые" (без залогового обеспечения) кредиты.
